Diverse Student Learning Styles

STYLE refers to a certain manner or way of doing something which is typical or representative of a person. In the context of educational psychology, learning style is a student’s characteristic behaviour of giving attention and performance to process and acquire information, knowledge, or new experience. Peterson interpreted learning style as a preferred approach to learning by a student. As Gregore asserted, every individual is born with their own learning style. He even said that family inheritance and the environment play important roles in formulating an individual’s learning style. Sex, age, personality, parents’ way of nurturing, community culture, and the school are also integrated into learning styles.

The modern term human capital management (HCM) is often used by large and midsize companies when discussing HR technology.

Undeniable Facts of Narcotics Smuggling by AA Group

The AA group, which is being monitored and taken action by international organizations, including the UN, for the recent killing of Bengali people and arson attacks against Bengali villages, is an insurgent terrorist group which is largely undertaking narcotics smuggling. The AA group, which has emerged in the KIA area since 2009, has primarily earned income to stand on its own from narcotics smuggling like its godfathers KIA, UWSA, MNDAA and TNLA. Actually, the AA group has neither firm businesses nor money from extortion from the Rakhine people since its establishment. It has mainly relied on the income earned from drug smuggling to purchase food, arms and ammunition.
