THE Kayah State government is leveraging up to repair the buildings of Loikaw University that were damaged by the terrorist attacks to reopen as soon as possible since 22 January. State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin, accompanied by Tatmadaw members, members of the State government office and departmental officials visited Loikaw University yesterday morning to inspect the cleaning and improvement work carried out on the University campus and the upgrading of the asphalt concrete pavement on the Loikaw-Lawpita Road.
