TERRORISTS had planned to attack important buildings and locations in the Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, Zeyathiri Township, and Ela. They intended to cause panic among the people by launching fixed-wing aircraft from near Zeyathiri Township and Ela at around 10:30 am yesterday. They had begun preparing for these terrorist bombings.
