Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe received Bangladesh Ambassador to Myanmar Dr Md Monwar Hossain at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Education yesterday morning.

At the meeting, the enhancement of cooperation in education was discussed in a frank and friendly atmosphere.

Present on the occasion were Deputy Ministers Dr Zaw Myint and U Nay Myo Hlaing, Director-General of the Office of the Ministry of Education Dr Aung Kyaw, Director-General of the Higher Education Department Dr Win Tun, Director-General of the Basic Education Department U Kyaw Swa Thwin, Director-General of the Department of Teachers’ Training Daw Hnin Kyi as well as deputy permanent secretaries, deputy directors-general and other officials.
