​​​​​​​A special appeal tribunal consisting of the Union Chief Justic U Tha Htay of the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar, judges of the Supreme Court of the Union: U Thein Ko Ko, Dr Ko Ko Naing, U Win Myint and Daw Soe Khet Khet was convened yesterday morning at Zeyathiri District Court, and passed judgements for a total of five special appeal cases: two criminal cases: Nos 3/2026 (Taninthayi) and 4/2026 (Yangon), and three special civil appeal cases: Nos 9/2026 (Taninthayi), 16/2026 (Bago) and 17/2026 (Shan).
