The government has arranged for the domestic airlines such as Myanmar National Airlines, Myanmar Airways International, Mingalar Airlines, Mann Yadanabon Airlines and Air Thanlwin Airlines to purchase the necessary jet fuel so as not to cause delays in public transport due to jet fuel risk. Starting 25 March 2026, the airlines will fully resume their flights as usual. The priority for flights is to PutaO, Myitkyina, Kengtung, Sittway, Kyaukpyu, Tachilek, Kawthoung, Kalay, Homalin and Khamti townships.
