TO contribute to land improvement works performed to restore the livelihoods of farmers in Rakhine State which were destroyed by a very severe Cyclone Mocha, the Agricultural Mechanization Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation (MoALI) sent out 33 (50 horse-powered) New Holland tractors, 33 six-share ploughs, and 33 blade ploughs to Rakhine State by vessel.
