COMMANDER-IN- CHIEF (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, who arrived in Sittway, Rakhine State, along with the commander of the local naval command and officials, examined the local naval jetty in Sittway Station, pumping out of sea water from water tanks, the status of Mingan port, buildings in local naval units yesterday. They also checked the staff housings for families and handed over the basic foodstuffs, kitchen appliances, vegetables, eggs, canned meat, and instant noodles after encouraging families.
