Under Article 9 of the Political Parties Registration Law, the Karen National Democratic Party (KNDP), headquartered at No 4/413, Thudanu Road, Ward 4, Hpa-An, Kayin State, has been registered as a political party. The party has submitted to the Union Election Commission its intention to modify and use its party flag and logo as shown.
