THE Department of Information and Public Relations (IPRD) organized the second mobile library for the people in Kyauk Talone IDP camp in Kyaukpyu Township, Rakhine State, and more people came to borrow books than the first time, according to an official from the department. “This is the second time we launch a mobile library in this IDP camp, it is gratifying to see that more people are eager to borrow books than the first time,” said Daw Khin Yu Yu Nwe, head of the Kyaukpyu District IPRD.
