Artistes perform for Kyaukme residents in Shan State (North)

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, who also serves as Chairman of the Working Committee on Information and Development of a Resilient and Strong Social Community, departed from Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning together with film and music artistes to perform for residents of Shan State (North) and arrived in Kyaukme Township in the evening.

RBE and BEL trains launch on Mandalay-Lashio route

The Ministry of Transport and Communications is operating passenger train services on various railway routes to facilitate public travel by train. The Battery Electric Locomotive (BEL) train operates on the Zeepingyi-PyinOoLwin-Gokteik section of the Mandalay-Lashio route. BEL Up Train 131 runs from Zeepingyi to PyinOoLwin, while BEL Down Train 132 runs from PyinOoLwin to Zeepingyi. In addition, RBE trains operate on the Gokteik routes: Gokteik 1 from PyinOoLwin to Gokteik and Gokteik 2 from Gokteik to PyinOoLwin. These services have been operating regularly every Saturday and Sunday since 19 December.

Anti-scam task force dismantles illegal structures in Shwe Kokko and KK Park

These regions are known to have the highest concentrations of online scams and gambling operations. The mission involves the systematic demolition of illegal structures and the destruction of seized equipment used in these criminal activities.
