GEA Search and Rescue Turkiye and the GAF reconnaissance team visited No 9 Basic Education High School in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning to assist government staff displaced by the recent earthquake. They provided family kits to 120 households taking temporary shelter at the school.

Across Nay Pyi Taw, donors and charity groups are also supporting affected communities by delivering tarpaulin tents, food items, drinking water, emergency cash, clothing, electrolyte beverages, mosquito repellent, mosquito nets, candles, matches, medicine and essential supplies to temporary shelters.
