Vice President U Myint Swe opened the GS1 Myanmar official launch ceremony held at the Mingalar Hall of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Lanmadaw Township, Yangon yesterday morning.

The Private Sector Development Committee held its 32nd regular meeting with Myanmar entrepreneurs at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) in Yangon yesterday morning, attended by its chairman Vice President U Myint Swe.

Chairman of the National Tourism Development Central Committee Vice President U Henry Van Thio, accompanied by Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism U Ohn Maung, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council Dr. Myo Aung and departmental officials, left Nay Pyi Taw by car yesterday morning and arrived at Paunglaung Town in Pinlaung Township, Shan State, and was welcomed by cabinet members of the state U Soe Nyunt Lwin, Dr. Nyi Nyi Aung and U Sai Hson Sai and Chairman of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone U Khun San Lwin.

VICE PRESIDENT and Chair-person of the Myanmar National Cultural Central Committee U Henry Van Thio delivered an address at its fourth coordination meeting held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture yesterday morning.

VICE President U Henry Van Thio delivered a speech on the occasion of the 72nd Chin National Day celebration held at the Mingalabyuha Sasana Beikman in Pyinmana Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council yesterday evening.
U Tual Ngin read out the founding history of the Chin National Day at the event.
Then, Member U Tual Cin Paul of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union read out the message of felicitations sent by Union President U Win Myint to the 72nd Anniversary Chin National Day. 

VICE President U Myint Swe presided over a meeting yesterday for organizing ceremonies to confer religious titles and offer donation items to the Buddhist monks in March.

Vice President and National Tourism Development Central Committee Chairman U Henry Van Thio arrived at the viewpoint of Tikir Village in Thantlang Township and observed the ongoing works for development of the village and environmental greening yesterday morning. He was accompanied by Union Ministers Dr. Myo Thein Gyi and U Ohn Maung, Chief Minister of Chin State Salai Lian Luai, Deputy Ministers Maj-Gen Than Htut, U Kyaw Myo and U Myint Kyaing, Chin State ministers and officials.

VICE President and National Tourism Development Central Committee Chairman U Henry Van Thio, accompanied by Union Ministers Dr Myo Thein Gyi and U Ohn Maung, Deputy Ministers Major General Than Htut, U Kyaw Myo, U Myint Kyaing, and officials, left Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday and arrived in Kalay, Sagaing Region.

The Vice President and party were greeted at Kalay airport by Chin State Chief Minister Salai Lian Luai and officials.

A ceremony to mark the 73rd Union Day was organized with the State Flag raising and saluting, in front of Nay Pyi Taw City Hall yesterday.
Vice-President U Myint Swe, in his capacity as the Chairman of Union Day Organizing Central Committee, read out the message sent by the President.
The annual ceremony was held with the five objectives:--
1. All ethnic nationals are to work with collective strength for non-disintegration of the Union, non-disintegration of national unity, perpetuation of national sovereignty

VICE PRESIDENT U Henry Van Thio left the Republic of Korea for Myanmar at 1:50 am local time yesterday after attending the Peace, Security and Human Development World Summit 2020 in Seoul, ROK.

The Vice President and members of the delegation were seen off at the Incheon International Airport by Myanmar Ambassador U Thant Sin, Universal Peace Federation Asia-Pacific Regional Chairman Mr Ek Nath Dhakal, Myanmar Embassy staff and their families.
