THE RGC89 rail vehicle, which departed for security patrol from Nyaungbintha Station of Pyu Township located on Yangon-Mandalay railway, faced mine-attack yesterday afternoon near Mile Post 132, between the telegraph pillars No 5 and 6 by the terrorists using a remote mine.
