EFFORTS are underway to swiftly rehabilitate areas devastated by the Mocha storm. Before, during, and after the disaster, people from all walks of life joined forces to ensure effective rescue, relief, and rehabilitation measures were in place to minimize casualties and damages. Thanks to comprehensive preparations, the state was able to overcome the challenges posed by the natural disaster, despite Mocha being the strongest storm with wind speeds of 120 miles per hour in at least five years.
