THE police have arrested two suspects Sai Wunna Tun (aka) Wunna and Soe Myint Tun together with two vehicles, one motorcycle, 147.4 kilogrammes of heroin from 67 bags containing 220 soap cups with heroin and 4.148 million stimulant tablets near Taung Taw village in Kyaukse Township, Mandalay Region, on 17 November.
