TATMADAW members are constantly striving to become themselves reliable for and loyal to the State and the Tatmadaw, said Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win in meeting with trainees of the Computer Diploma Sergeant/Clerk Course at Myawady Lecture Hall of the Tatmadaw (Army) Warrant Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer Training School in the Bahtoo Station yesterday morning. In his speech, the Vice-Senior General stressed the need to systematically study the advancement of computer science to build the standard army. They have to continuously study the development of technologies based on changes in time.

The Ministry of Labour observed that the 344th Session of the Governing Body of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), which was held from 14 to 26 March 2022 in Geneva adopted a decision to establish a Commission of Inquiry (COI), accusing Myanmar for non-observance of the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise Convention, 1948 (No. 87) and the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29). The decision was reached upon the report of the ILO Director-General on Developments in Myanmar which includes highly politicized elements, unfounded allegations and matters which fall within the domestic jurisdiction of Myanmar.
