MYANMAR and Sri Lanka discussed potential technical cooperation in the tea, coconut, and tropical medicine sectors on 25 October at Sri Lanka’s Presidential Office, as reported by Myanmar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Myanmar Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Daw Marlar Than Htaik, held discussions on these topics during her courtesy visit to Sri Lankan President Mr Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

The two parties also explored ways to enhance cooperation in religious and cultural affairs and addressed matters related to consular affairs.
