Union ministries submitted proposals to acquire foreign loans and MPs cast secret ballots on proposals to amend the Constitution. Of a total of 654 Hluttaw representatives, 629 attended and 25 were on leave.

THE Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Joint Bill Committee held separate meetings over a bill, namely Myanmar Geoscience Council Bill that was sent back by President with recommendation and Myanmar Medical Council Law that was controversial between the two Hluttaws, at the meeting hall of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Building D in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
