​​​​​​​Labour Party with its headquarters located at No 33/49, Corner of Maha Bandoola Park Road and Bank Road, Ward 1, Kyauktada Township, Yangon Region, applied on 13-10-2023 to be allowed continuity to exist and register as a political party under Section 5 of the Political Parties Registration Law. In such an application, it is reported that the party name, flag and emblem will be used as described below.
