Socioeconomic Development Party, with its headquarters located in Aung Thaya Quarter, 28th Street (North), Pubbathiri Township, Zeyathiri District, Nay Pyi Taw, applied on 11 September 2024 to be allowed continuity to exist and register as a political party under Section 5 of the Political Parties Registration Law. In such an application, the party name, flag and emblem will be used as described.
