The Urban and Housing Development Department (UHDD) of the Ministry of Construction implemented the Mya Nandar civil-servant housing project in Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) Township of Yangon Region. The housing aimed at helping government employees working in Yangon, and now the ministry staff concerned to apply for the apartments.
