Tatmadaw members, township police force and township development administration office led by the township administration committee collectively demolished the roadblocks. They cleared the area in Mingala Taungnyunt Township, Yangon Region, on 15 March.

They removed sandbags, bamboo mattings, poles, woodblocks, used tires, stones, and bricks blocking on U Aung Myat road, corner of Satyone road and Kanpat, corner of Satyone road and Bominyaung road, Bominyaung road, and Theinphyu road.

Due to the disturbance on public roads, people in the neighbourhood were worried that cars, fire trucks and ambulance could not pass. They expressed their desire for such collective clearing by the government on social media and in newspapers.
