THE third day of the Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025, held under the theme “Myanmar Moving Forward with the Power of Youth,” continued yesterday at the Myanmar Convention Centre (MCC) in Yangon.

During the forum, the different groups discussed five different topics — future education and skills, business opportunities and young entrepreneurship, citizen participation and young leadership, sustainability and action on climate, global connection and cultural enhancement activities.

The students also participated in energizer quiz, and Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Zin Min Htet, and officials of Myanmar Narrative Think Tank (MNTT) presented prizes to the youths.

The students from Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, regions and states responded to a young opinion and preference survey, and MNTT Executive Director U Zaw Oo briefed the survey.

MNTT Chairman U Ko Ko clarified the drafting of the declaration of Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025 (draft) and the forum-born youth network.

A total of 15 youths approved and read out the declaration of Future Front Myanmar: Youth Strategy Forum 2025.

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and the MNTT Chairman made speeches at the closing ceremony of the forum.

The region’s chief minister and party observed the MSMEs booths at the event.

After the three-day forum, the youths from Nay Pyi Taw Council, regions and states showed their determination via the discussions to shape the nation’s future through mutual respect, shared learning and collective creativity.

The declaration also intends to build a peaceful, safe environment with proper law enforcement, developing, unity and harmony with the environment and socioeconomy.

The declaration also covers the education and knowledge sector, economic growth and human resource development, environmental conservation sector, quality and community peace sector, democracy and qualified leadership sector, and youth and responsibilities.
