OPENING Ceremony of the Training Course for Attaché on English Proficiency and Foreign Service Skills (CfA) 4/2022 for the Attaché who will be the very first assignment to the Myanmar Embassies abroad took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday, 16May 2022 at 10:30 am. On the occasion, Union Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin addressed the opening speech. It was attended by Union Minister for International Cooperation, U Ko Ko Hlaing, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Permanent Secretary, Directors-General from the respective departments and officials as well as 33 trainees from the Union Minister’s Office and respective departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
