At the water collection tank installation project of Ward 3 in Thantlang, the Vice President looked into the requirements in building the tank for ensuring sufficient potable water supply to Thantlang, and observed the water intake.

Water which comes from 11 springs is stored in collection tanks to provide the town with over 100,000 gallons daily. After 216,000 gallons of water produced by Kwava Spring can be piped to the town, it will receive a daily supply of 320,000 gallons, which is sufficient for its residents.
