It also voted for taking the loan from the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) of South Korea.

Dr Myat Nyana Soe, the committee’s Secretary, explained the 7 bills presented by Hluttaw representatives.
The amendments in each bill were edited to meet legal terms without changing the meanings by the officials led by the Deputy Attorney-General from the Union Attorney-General Office.

MP U San Myint from Ayeyawady Region constituency 3 supported the loan plan as the proposed rubbish recycling project could help create a clean environment and prevent environmental impact of pollution. He added the project could create opportunities for foreign investments and employments.

The ODA loan is intended for implementing rubbish recycling project in Yangon municipal area, proposed by the Yangon Region Government.
Pyidaungsu Hluttaw began the 15th regular session yesterday, with an extended greeting by its Speaker U T Khun Myat.
In his opening remark, U T Khun Myat said the MPs to have better views and opinions for the future Union through mutual respects and understanding in friendly discussions as the term of second Hluttaws is about to reach four-year anniversary in coming days, expecting cooperation in respective duties in line with relevant laws and bylaws.
