THE Constitution stated that the Union is the ultimate owner of all lands and all natural resources above and below the ground, above and beneath the water and in the atmosphere in the Union. Moreover, the relevant laws for State-owned natural resources are enacted following the stipulation of the Constitution – the Union shall enact necessary laws to supervise the extraction and utilization of State-owned natural resources by economic forces, and the exploration of natural resources is permitted under the respective laws.

From the aspect of the transport and the fine weather, the visitor arrival to PyinOoLwin Township in Mandalay Region is expected to rise during the Thingyan holidays, according to the township residents. T h e weather in PyinOoLwin is as fine as that in Taunggyi, Inlay and Kalaw plus better transportation, hoping the visitors’ arrival to increase during the summer holiday and Thingyan, said residents.

THE Myanmar Chinlone Federation (MCF) is working to submit traditional Myanmar Chinlone, also known as cane ball, to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2026. To support this effort, the MCF has formed committees that are collecting and documenting historical information about the traditional Chinlone sport, according to Vice-President U Win Tint of the federation.
