AT the invitation of the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Union Election Commission Chairman U Thein Soe, member U Aung Saw Win and director U Zaw Naung Lat left Yangon for Moscow, Russia, yesterday evening by air. The delegation will sign a memorandum of understanding between the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and the Union Election Commission and observe local elections in the Russian Federation.
