THE inauguration ceremonies of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills 44/2023 conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were held in parallel at the Lawkanat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw and at the Winzinminyarzar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yangon yesterday morning, with the opening remark being delivered by U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs in Yangon.
