Multi-Modal Transport Law (Second Amendment)

THE State Administration Council hereby enacted this law under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

1. This law shall be called the Law amending the Multi-Modal Transport Law for the second time.

2. Sub-Section (q) of Section 2 of the Multi-Modal Transport Law shall be substituted as follow: - “(r) The Ministry means the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Union Government.”

3. The word “Directorate of Marine Administration” mentioned in Sub-section (r) of Section 2, Sub-section (a) of Section 7 and Sub-section (c) of Section 59 of the Multi-Modal Transport Law shall be substituted with the word “Transport Planning Department”.

I hereby signed this law under Section 419 of the Constitution.
