INCITEMENTS based on CDM activities in some regions and states were committed in order to cause riots leading to the terror acts with the attempt to undermine the peace, tranquillity and the rule of law. So, administration bodies and security forces are joining hands in controlling the terrorist acts under the law.

 Education staff Daw Aye Aye Seint from Kanphya Ward of Myeik, Soe Thi from Waibargi Road in Myitnge Ward, Daw Thet Su Wai of Shwepay Village in Sandawut Village-tract of Myeik and Pyaw Zaw Phyo from Sabei Road in Annawa Ward of Kawthoung were arrested at their houses on 22 May. They have committed incitements to cause public panic on the social network page, organizing government service personnel to join CDM activities and writing fake news to tarnish the State and Tatmadaw images.

 Files of lawsuits against them were opened at respective Myoma police stations under Section 505-A of the Penal Code. —MNA
