The full text of the presentation is as follows: –

Esteemed people of Myanmar,

I am U Aye Lwin, Vice-Chairman of the New Generation Wunthanu Party. The party’s registration number is 61. According to the needs of the State, the party was established to nurture the younger generation to take an interest in national politics and enable them to enter Hluttaw with new ideas and fresh perspectives.

The flag of our New Generation Wunthanu Party features a yellow background with a single white star at the upper right corner, along with a fully emblematic white elephant bearing traditional regalia, and a young leader seated on the elephant. The yellow background symbolizes unity, solidarity, harmony, dignity, and stable authority. The white star represents eternal stability, cohesion, purity, and the presence of an inherent guiding light. The white elephant signifies enduring sovereignty and military victory. The young leader on the elephant symbolizes the new generation of youth who will carry forward, with full strength, the responsibility to safeguard and build a modern, developed new nation.

The main objective of our New Generation Wunthanu Party is to establish a modern, developed nation of international standards that enjoys durable peace, ends armed conflicts, and prioritizes ethnic unity and solidarity. Given the current global and Myanmar political landscape, this is no longer a time for blaming one person or another. Instead, for the well-being of our country, our people, and our regions, all new-generation youths who genuinely possess patriotism, a spirit of public service, and the Wunthanu mindset must open their eyes and ears and strive with determination so that we can stand on equal footing with the world. Therefore, elections are the lifeblood of democracy. The country’s political future will also be determined by the votes cast by the electorate in this election. To build a modern, developed multiparty democratic nation, I do not simply urge our people to vote for our party. Rather, for the well-being of our country, our people, and our regions, I would like to encourage everyone to elect and support any individual who truly possesses the spirit of public service and the Wunthanu mindset, and who is genuinely committed to taking the lead and working for the greater good. From now onward, the representatives of our New Generation Wunthanu Party will work with the mindset of the youth – new attitudes, new thinking, and new perspectives – to help establish national stability and a modern, developed multiparty democratic government. We will work to ensure that the country’s development initiatives are led by civil servants who are free from party politics and personal cult. Our candidates who will contest the election are committed to serving with a genuine spirit of public service. They will address the needs of the people not only within the Hluttaw but also outside the Hluttaw, carrying out their duties in accordance with the law.

We will work to build a modern, developed nation grounded in the principles of Wunthanu ethics and in accordance with the Constitution, under a multiparty democratic system. Guided by a non-aligned foreign policy, we will seek to establish international partnerships and build friendly relations based on global and ASEAN countries. We will also place special emphasis on strengthening durable peace and stability, the rule of law, and safe, secure transportation networks across all regions of the Union.

We will work to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and heavy industries to meet the international standards to be able to increase production in addition to upgrading the agricultural sector. We will emphasize systematic management of invested natural resources, and creation of employment at home and overseas in accord with the global economy. Moreover, we will strive to ensure the prosperity of the State, have equitable development for all ethnic people, ensure food security, and stabilize commodity prices.

We will work to ensure free education and free healthcare services for all ethnic nationalities in the country, and to advance genuine public welfare activities as well as environmental conservation efforts. To build a modern, developed multiparty democratic nation, we will support the new generation of youths not only in receiving basic and higher university education, but also in studying space science, nuclear science, and nano-electronics technologies, thereby strengthening the country’s human resource development.

Our New Generation Wunthanu Party will compete in the constituencies of Mandalay Region in the coming election. The majority of candidates are at a young age, and they value nationality, language and religion. We arrange the participation of the party’s candidates who have been trained to be able to take a leading role and have nurtured those candidates to lead the future of the State.

Esteemed people, our New Generation Wunthanu Party or the Elephant Party, which is precious for the State, has pledged to actively take part in the initiatives to ensure a durable peace which reflects the genuine wish of the people, uphold the rule of law and carry out philanthropic works. Our party will take a leading role to have more improvement of the industrial sector of Mandalay Region and work to support the farmers and workers to have greater benefits while arranging the overall development of various sectors, including education, healthcare, social and economic sectors.

In conclusion, our New Generation Wunthanu Party wishes to build the State to an international level with the genuine Wunthanu mindset with full strength and free from corruption in cooperation with relevant departments. Hence, we request the people to cast votes for our New Generation Wunthanu Party (Elephant Party). Thank you all.
