A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice of the Union U Tha Htay and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union: U Kyi Thein, U Thaung Naing, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye and Dr Ko Ko Naing was convened yesterday morning at the Supreme Court of the Union and passed judgements for six special civil appeal cases – Nos 13/2025 (Yangon), 17/2025 (Mandalay), 18/2025 (Bago), 19/2025 (Mandalay), 20/2025 (Mon), and 22/2025(Shan).

In addition, two special criminal cases: Nos 4/2025 (Yangon) and 5/2025(Bago), and five special civil appeal cases: Nos 4/2025 (Yangon), 26/2025 (Yangon), 27/2025 (Ayeyawady), 29/2025 (Sagaing) and 30/2025 (Shan) were heard.
