Deputy Minister U Lu Mon of the Ministry of Transport and Communications received a delegation led by Mr Konstantin Kanarev, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to Myanmar, at the Ministry of Transport and Communications yesterday morning.

They exchanged cordial views on the proposed signing of the draft MoU on radio electronics and digital technologies between the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as on opportunities for bilateral cooperation in these fields.
