U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr Arnaud de Baecque, Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

They exchanged views on matters relating to the ICRC’s support to the earthquake victims and future work plans of the ICRC in the areas affected by the powerful Mandalay earthquake.

Also, present at the meeting were senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
