THE delegation led by Acting Commander of Royal Brunei Navy Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin Bin Matserudin, Deputy Commander Vice-Admiral Sam Sokha of Royal Cambodian Navy, Deputy Commander of the Vietnam People’s Navy Rear Admiral Pham Nhu Xuan, Deputy Chief of Staff of Lao People’s Army Maj-Gen Vanthong Bouttavong, Vice-Admiral Puchong Pradittheera of Royal Thai Navy, Captain Mohd Irwan bin Che Mohd Rani of Royal Malaysian Navy and Colonel Jose P Navarro of the Philippine Navy arrived at Nay Pyi Taw on 9 October evening to attend the 18th ASEAN Navy Chiefs’ Meeting. They were welcomed by Chief of Staff (Navy) Rear-Admiral Aye Min Htwe, senior naval officials, and relevant officials at Nay Pyi Taw Airport.
