Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations (MIFER), aiming to develop human resources and to improve the capacity of staff, the 35th ceremony of Friday Talk of Knowledge Sharing Programme-KSP was held at Office No 1, Nay Pyi Taw, yesterday. Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr Kan Zaw attended and delivered the opening remarks.

The Union minister pointed out that the title of the 35th Friday Talk is the topic “The Importance of Knowledge Sharing Programme and Factors Influencing the Knowledge Sharing Programme”, and most people accept that knowledge is the connection between humans and psychology. He emphasized that newly developing countries are striving to achieve food security similar to developed countries. They prioritized industrialization for national economic development. In such doing, most of the countries needed technology to prioritize industrial factors. In developing countries, the key requirement for development is human resource development, not capital and materials. Consequently, the majority of the countries in the world implemented human resource development favourably. He also expressed that improvement of knowledge is the genuine development of sharing knowledge can understand dos and don’ts and to overcome difficulties. He highlighted the importance of KSP and Factors Influencing the Knowledge Sharing Programme for human resource development. In conclusion, he urged the presenter to do a comprehensive presentation and MIFER’s staff need to actively participate in the discussion.

Daw Ei Ei Khaing, Assistant Director from the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration presented the topic “The Importance of Knowledge Sharing Programme and Factors Influencing the Knowledge Sharing Programme”, the attendees raised questions, queries and discussions.

The deputy minister, the director-general, senior officials and a total of 120 staff members joined this programme.
