SPECIAL Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General on Myanmar, Ms Noeleen Heyzer, departed from Myanmar on the afternoon of 18 August 2022 and senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs saw her off at the Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw International Airports, respectively.
