A combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force stopped and searched a motorbike driven by Tu Ja at the 21st-mile combined checkpoint near Lwekhau village of Myitkyina Township and seized 0.232 kilogramme of heroin at 2 pm on 2 June.

At 4 pm on the same day, Police Force examined the suspected Htet Myat Aung and Ko Ko Win (aka) Kalarlay on Myanmagonyay Street in Mingala Taungnyunt Township. They seized 4,000 stimulant tablets.

The suspects are prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law, the Myanmar Police Force stated.
