Deputy Minister U Aung Myaing said funding had not yet been allocated for protection projects, but proposals would be resubmitted in the next fiscal year, with technical assistance to be provided.

U Sai Seng Sein from Tangyan Constituency asked whether Tangyan Township Hospital could be upgraded from 25 to 50 beds. Deputy Minister Dr Aye Tun said there were currently no plans to do so because patient occupancy rates had not yet met the required level.

U Htun Htun Naing from Singaing Constituency asked about establishing a station hospital in Shwe Hlan Bo (Kanauk) Village. Deputy Minister Dr Aye Tun said the proposal could not be approved at present because it did not meet the required criteria.
