THE honouring ceremony for the brave Tatmadaw members who fought fiercely and achieved victories against the PDF terrorist groups in Madaya, Singu and Thabaikkyin townships, Mandalay Region, was held yesterday afternoon at the local battalion in Hmawby Township, Yangon Region. The ceremony was attended by officials from Hmawby station, as well as departmental officials, students, artistes, and residents.

To ensure that people in each region and state can live and work in peace, and to safeguard their lives, homes, and property, as well as to maintain national stability and peace in the region, victorious Tatmadaw members have served tirelessly day and night on the front lines. Officials from Hmawby station, along with departmental officials and residents, welcomed back the victorious Tatmadaw members with sprigs of Eugenia, garlands, and floral tributes. The joyous celebration featured the band and a pom-pom dance troupe, as well as the beating of traditional drums, the playing of musical instruments, and lively dances. An official from Hmawby station presented cash awards to the victorious Tatmadaw members.
