In his response to the reports, the Senior General said that those serving the State duties at the consulate-general need to carry out all measures successfully, including diplomatic relations. They have to create opportunities for businesspersons to operate mutual businesses, as well as export and import processes between the two countries, in addition to investment measures. If so, bilateral relations will improve to bring interest to people from both countries and promote the State economy. Moreover, when a large number of human resources are used as sound foundations to help develop a country or a region, diplomatic staff need to support the promotion of the education sector. The Senior General urged them to contribute to Myanmar-China friendly relations and trade so as to uplift the prestige of the State.
The Senior General presented gifts and cash assistance to staff families and trainees through the Consul-General and trainees. He warmly conversed with staff, families and trainees.
