THE NMA College organized its eighth graduation ceremony offering ABE-Endorsed UK Diploma and Own Diploma to 629 students at Novotel Hotel in Kamayut Township of Yangon yesterday.
During the event, Honourable Professor Dr Thaung Htay of NMA College said the NMA College offers postgraduate and undergraduate courses – Faculty of Business Studies and Faculty of Information Technology – for the youths who are trying to develop the education sector of the country. Moreover, the connection with international universities for international subjects reaches a certain extent, and the graduate persons should apply the skills that they learnt and carry out State duties as leading entrepreneurs.
Then, the officials of NMA College presented the Inspire Volunteer Award 2024, scholarships and certificates.
“The NMA College has been offering degrees since 2017, and it has reached the eighth ceremony. We conferred 629 students who passed eight subjects. The establishment of this college intends to develop outstanding human resources locally and to promote the country’s economy. We open 11 schools in Kamayut, Sangyoung, Tamway and Hline townships. We arrange for those who do not complete the university level to get jobs after receiving a certificate from NMA College. We modify the staff to improve their capacity in their workplace. We have signed up with over 50 local and foreign international organizations, so we guarantee job prospects,” said NMA College CEO U Lin Myat Ko.
The NMA College is working together with the Ministry of Education, aiming to help businesspeople emerge through the learning of subjects that can be applied practically in crafting the dreams of youths. Currently, the college offers ABE-endorsed UK diplomas and its own diplomas to 629 students who have passed eight subjects: Business Management, Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Basic English, Project Management, Logistics Supply Chain, Financial Accounting and Sales and Market after attending courses between four and six months.
