MALICIOUS media outlets intentionally spread fake news, claiming that Tatmadaw members and administrative officials detained youths and extorted them for People's Military Servant Training 7 in Insein and Dagon Myothit (South) Townships, Yangon.

According to an official, Tatmadaw did not gather youths for military training by force, and the summoning processes are underway in accordance with the law. Terrorists forcefully gathered youths regardless of their ages.

Subversive media outlets circulated false information to lead youths in the wrong way and mislead the public about security forces.
