The Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department, Livestock Breeding Federation and business people arranged food trucks under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation to sell chicken and eggs at the fairer prices at the quake-affected staff housing in Nay Pyi Taw.

They sold 50 visses of chicken and 40,500 eggs at Wunna Theikdi and Thukha Theikdi wards of Nay Pyi Taw yesterday. Moreover, the officials sold 85,045 eggs, 40 visses of mutton, 786.10 visses of chicken, 300 visses of pork and 50 visses of beef in the Union Territory (Nay Pyi Taw), Mandalay Region and Sagaing Region.
