THE Myanmar high-level delegation led by State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing left the Vladivostok International Airport of the Russian Federation yesterday morning for the Ignatyevo International Airport in Blagoveshchensk of Amur State. The Senior General and party were seen off at the airport by Deputy Governor of Vladivostok Mr Stegniy Daria and officials.
