The high-level Myanmar delegation led by Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing who attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit 2025 Plus and the parade to mark the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War in China at the invitation of President of the People’s Republic of China Mr Xi Jinping, left the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in Chengdu of Sichuan Province of the People’s Republic of China by the special aircraft of Myanmar Airways International (MAI) for the Nay Pyi Taw Tatmadaw Airport yesterday afternoon. They were seen off at the airport by Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Ms Ma Jia, Myanmar Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China U Tin Maung Swe, Myanmar Military Attache (Army, Navy and Air) to China Brig-Gen Zaw Zaw Naing, the deputy governor of Sichuan Province, Consul-General U Kyaw Zeyar Lin of the Myanmar Consulate-General in Chongqing and officials.
