THE youth awareness talks for youth multi-faceted development programme, jointly conducted by the Information and Public Relations Department in Hpa-an District, Kayin State, the Sports and Physical Education Department and the Education Department was held at 11 am on 19 March in Hpa-an No. 1 Basic Education High School.

Hpa-an District Education Officer Daw Aye Aye Swe gave a lecture on getting good mindsets and following the discipline. Hpa-an District Information and Public Relations Department Assistant Director Daw Soe Soe Aye spoke on good morals and patriotism issues. Sports and Physical Education Department Assistant Director U Than Htike gave a lecture on sports education.

Teachers and Grade-8 students of No. 1 Basic Education High School attended the talks and Hpa-an Sports and Physical Education Department Assistant Director provided sports equipment to Headmaster U Min Kyaw Nyan Khaing.

At the talks, the Hpa-an District Information and Public Relations Department staff distributed pamphlets of the 77th anniversary of the Armed Forces Day published by the department head office to students and teachers.
