A total of 41 representatives and officials from ethnic literature and cultural associations in Kayah State and the Bago, Magway, Mandalay and Yangon regions arrived at Nay Pyi Taw Railway Station yesterday afternoon for a study tour.

The delegation will visit several prominent sites in Nay Pyi Taw on 4 and 5 June, including the Maravijaya Buddha Image, the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Complex, the Memorial to Fallen Heroes (Nay Pyi Taw) Hlay Khwin Taung Hill Resort, the Thatta Thattaha Maha Bawdi Pagoda, MRTV (Tatkon) and the Defence Services Museum.

Organized by the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs through the Department of Ethnic Literature and Culture, the study tour aims to strengthen friendship among ethnic nationalities and foster a stronger Union spirit.
